Mike Santana Shares Where He Sees TNA In 5 Years, Highlights The Main Thing Missing

Mike Santana sees big things for TNA in 5 years but sees their TV network as the main sticking point.

The company have been up-and-down over the past two decades. However, the past few years have seen a resurgence in the promotion, with TNA selling out their biggest shows and building new stars, like Joe Hendry, Jordynne Grace and AJ Francis.

Mike Santana recently spoke with TimHanRiverra and was asked about where he sees TNA in the next five years. The former AEW star revealed that he sees the show progressing and continuing to sell out all of its big shows. However, he notes that the TV network they are currently on is a limiting factor for their growth in the years ahead.

“Oh man, I can’t even—I don’t even know. The way it’s going now, bro, like, if—excuse me—if we continue progressing the way we have been, bro… all the shows have been selling out. All the big shows? Packed houses.” Mike Santana said.

“I was in TNA the first time around, during the dark times, bro. When they were going through transitions after Dixie Carter and Jeff Jarrett? It was some dark times. I’ve seen it at the bottom, right? And to see where it’s at now, like, it’s insane, bro. But that’s just a testament to the people in charge and everyone busting their ass in the ring. Finally, it feels good to know that people are starting to see the talent that’s there, you know?”

“But man, five years from now? If we keep going the way we’re going, bro… I think the main thing TNA is missing right now is just a better TV network, bro. And after that? It’s a wrap. Once we get that, it’s over.” Added Mike Santana.
