Drew McIntyre sent Netflix a warning after he was left out of the WWE RAW on Netflix trailer.
In a tweet, Drew McIntyre shared a video in which he addressed a crowd of fans and took the opportunity to “warn” Netflix after he wasn’t included in the streaming service’s WWE RAW trailer.
“Netflix, consider this your first public warning,” he said. “You don’t want to get on Drew McIntyre’s bad side. I will make your social media guy cry like it’s the last round of ‘Squid Games’. I’m not one of those actors you’re used to. I don’t kiss ass, I kick ass. So, here’s to a fresh start, here’s to Drew McIntyre front and center.
WWE RAW will premiere on Netflix on January 6.
Sami Zayn On Drew McIntyre
Sami Zayn recently spoke highly of McIntyre on the Battleground Podcast. He noted that he was still “paying the price” after his match with McIntyre at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.
“I mean, it’s always tough when you’re in the ring with Drew McIntyre. He brings it.” Sami Zayn said. “I don’t really have the best win-loss record against him—actually, I have no wins over him, shockingly. But every time you get in there, you really test yourself against somebody like that.”
“So yeah, I’m paying the price a little physically now, but still feeling good all things considered. He’s a beast, too. He’s really stepped up his game over the past few years. As much as I dislike him or whatever, you’ve still got to give him some respect. No question about it.”
