Adam Cole has high praise for AEW World Champion Jon Moxley.
All Elite Wrestling‘s Adam Cole was a recent guest on Going Ringside. When asked about his feelings on current AEW World Champion Jon Moxley, Cole said when he thinks of Mox, he thinks of danger. Cole believes the leader of the Death Riders can’t be stopped right now.
“When I do think of Moxley, I think of danger,” Adam Cole said. “And right now, Moxley is in such an interesting position, where it’s maybe the most passionate I’ve ever seen him. He clearly has a vision for where he wants things to go, where he wants to go, and where AEW wants to go. And when Moxley is this laser-focused, I don’t know if he could be stopped right now.”
Adam Cole believes his feud with MJF needs a definitive end
All Elite Wrestling‘s Adam Cole was a guest on The Danny Ocean Show. Cole believes continuing the story with MJF after he was sidelined for a year due to injury was the right call because it needs a definitive conclusion.
“I think truth be told, when you look back at that six months that me and MJF had and the chemistry that we had, in a lot of ways, we kind of caught lightning in a bottle to the point where it did main event All In, which was really cool, and the unfortunate injury that happened, I just feel that the story that me and MJF told needs a definitive conclusion. I feel like it’s fair to the angle. It’s fair to the program that, coming back from injury, that’s exactly what I’m hopping into.
Cole noted how a lot of what they did was a “slow-burn” story, but they are confident they can deliver a proper ending.
“I do think that us continuing this story with me coming back from injury was the right call,” Adam Cole said.
