Natalya has addressed her defeat on WWE RAW last night.
The former WWE Women’s Champion was attempting to become the first-ever holder of the Women’s Intercontinental title. Natalya claimed it was her time to become champion and vowed to take home the gold.
Sadly, that dream was shattered in the first round of the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship tournament. Natalya was eliminated on Monday, as she was pinned by IYO SKY in a match that also included Alba Fyre.
This was not in Natalya’s plan and the Canadian star took to Twitter to address her fans after her big loss. She admitted that she needed to work harder and promised that she would do her best to achieve her goals.
In a second post, she admitted her fear of not being able to reach her true potential, but vowed to never stop chasing her dreams and achieving her goals.
“What I do know is, I need to work harder. And I promise you, I will. #WWERaw” Natalya said, before adding:
“There’s so much more I want to say, but I don’t know how to. I wake up every day worried that I wont be able to realize my full potential. It haunts me. More than I can say. But I’ll never stop fighting. I’ll never stop showing up for my dreams. I love and appreciate everyone who’s fought hard with me. You guys are truly the best. “
No matter who becomes the first WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion, it looks like they have a challenger ready to go in Natalya.
