Michin is ready for the big time.
As 2024 soon comes to an end, WWE star Michin is looking ahead to 2025 and the goals she’d like to fulfill during it. Michin, of course, is still on a quest to capture her first championship in WWE. Beyond that, she is eyeing a spot on WWE’s grandest stage of WrestleMania 41.
“For a few years, it was like I’m never going to make it to have a WrestleMania moment and that’s okay,” Michin told the Zaslow Show 2.0. “I’m just thankful to be a part of it where it’s doing meet and greets and photo ops, even just going to Hall of Fame, going to the show and just watching. I will always be a fan too, so if I could go to Mania for free and watch count me in. But now with the IC title and the United States Championship, it’s like oh my gosh, I might actually have a chance to have a match on Mania. This is a real possibility.
“2024 has been an amazing year for me. It was just a warmup for 2025,” Michin continued. “It’s like okay, I got a couple more months and if I’m not on Mania this year, next year is going to be the goal. Now I’m going to be doing everything I can to make sure that I have that Mania moment because it is within grasp. But it’s also being mentally prepared for the long week of activities for Mania too. It’s like okay, it’s the calm before the storm, let’s just stay focused, stay motivated and just look at the goal. At the end of the day, Mania is the goal.”
WrestleMania 41 will emanate from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 19 and April 20. Like every year, the winner of Women’s Royal Rumble will have a guaranteed spot on the WrestleMania card, specifically for a title match of their choosing. The 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble saw “The Role Model” Bayley win and subsequently challenge WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY.
Recently, Michin faced Chelsea Green in the finals the WWE Women’s United States Championship at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.
