Will Scott Steiner‘s son, Brock Rechsteiner, follow in his footsteps into the world of professional wrestling?
WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner was interviewed yesterday by ESPN at his son’s college football game. When asked if Brock intends to follow in his footsteps into the world of pro wrestling, Steiner confirmed that’s the current plan.
“Yeah, that’s the plan,” Scott Steiner said. “I mean that’s what he wants to do so whatever makes him happy.”
When asked what it would take for him to succeed in that world, Steiner joked that his son needs to be a genetic freak like him.
“Be a genetic freak like myself,” Steiner said with a smirk. “It takes a lot of work. I did it for like 25 years so it takes a while to be good.”
In very positive news, Scott confirms that his son will be a Steiner in professional wrestling. Which is different than the path Rick’s son Bron Breakker took.
“He’ll be a Steiner, so that helps out. But he’s a good athlete so the sky’s the limit for him,” Scott Steiner said. “I’ll help him out any way I can. I’m happy for him watching him fulfill his athletic dreams. So once football is over, he’ll do it with wrestling.”
