Tony Khan explains his reasoning for wanting top champions for the Ring of Honor brand heading into 2025.
All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan participated in the Ring of Honor Final Battle Media Call Tuesday afternoon. While discussing this Friday’s double main event, Khan spoke of the importance of Chris Jericho’s second reign as Ring of Honor World Champion, and that some exciting offers and opportunities are coming for the brand in 2025.
“Chris has been a great World Champion for both companies,” Tony Khan said. “And now it’s an important time for ROH. We’re looking into a lot of new opportunities. It’s no secret that we’ve had some offers and some opportunities to do more things with ROH that I’m very interested and excited about, and now is a great opportunity to take the company into the future with a collection of great champions.”
