Big Boom AJ will be back to bringing the boom in no time.
Big Boom AJ of The Costco Guys defeated QT Marshall at AEW Full Gear: Zero Hour. He suffered a broken foot but later confirmed that he would return to the AEW ring. AJ has said that he will be at AEW’s Hammerstein Ballroom shows in December. He also has stated that he will be at AEW All In Texas in 2025.
Speaking with Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, AJ was asked to comment on his recovery and his eventual return.
“I’ll be back before you know it. It looks as if I’m gonna be in this walking boot for another two, maybe two and a half weeks,” Big Boom AJ said. “Then I’m gonna be able to go to sneakers with full weight on the foot for about four weeks.
“So I’m about six weeks out from getting back in the ring. So I think then from there, we’ll start looking at where I’m gonna be wrestling next, what matches, getting ready, getting some of the ring rust off. I would say early in 2025, you’re gonna see Big Boom AJ once again.”
