CM Punk and Seth Rollins took shots at each other on WWE RAW, and they came to blows.
Since CM Punk returned to WWE in November 2023, he and Rollins have been at odds with each other, as they have had several heated showdowns. Their rivalry has heated up in recent weeks, as they have went back and forth in promos and interviews. They also brawled on the December 2 episode of WWE RAW.
Punk came to the ring on the December 16 episode of WWE RAW, and he discussed his issues with Rollins. He said they were on a collision course, and it was only a matter of time before they clashed. Punk said that Rollins was his failure, and he offered to teach him a lesson. Rollins came out through the crowd and said Punk was an “asshole.”
Punk said that Rollins belonged in the crowd with the rest of the CM Punk fans. Rollins fired back by emphasizing how much he loved WWE, and when Punk left it, he put the company on his back and made it hotter than ever. Rollins then said that he had more WrestleMania main events than Punk ever would.
CM Punk and Rollins then brawled, and they kept fighting until officials separated them. The brawl restarted a few times before the two foes were ultimately broken up.
