The Young Bucks showed up at NJPW Strong Style Evolved.
NJPW held their NJPW Strong Style Evolved event on December 15. The Young Bucks made a surprise appearance after AEW star Jack Perry and Konosuke Takeshita beat Yota Tsuji and Shingo Takagi. When Hiromu Takahashi tried to make the save during a post-match attack, the Young Bucks took him out with a superkick.
The former tag team champions briefly spoke with Jack Perry, who brushed them off and walked to the back. They then hyped up their title match at NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty on January 5, where they will challenge for the vacant IWGP Tag Team Championship.
The Young Bucks then commented on their appearance and responded to the crowd’s response by saying, “By God they love us.”
The Young Bucks previously appeared at NJPW Resurgence in May. They are former IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions, IWGP Tag Team Champions, and NEVER Openweight Six-Man Tag Team Champions.
