Rhea Ripley wants the WWE Women’s World Championship back, and she aims to take it from Liv Morgan.
At WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Liv Morgan defeated IYO SKY to retain the WWE Women’s World Championship. After the match, Rhea Ripley confronted her and stared her down.
In a digital exclusive, Rhea Ripley commented on staring down Liv Morgan.
“I wanted to obviously see what the outcome was gonna be of this match, I wanted to see if I was gonna be fighting to face IYO or Liv,” Ripley said. “Liv walked out victorious. Obviously, I want to take the title from Liv. So I thought they the best thing for me to do is to walk about there as calm as possible and intimate the absolute crap out of her.”
Rhea Ripley was also asked to comment on what she was thinking while she was staring down Morgan. She made it clear that she was focused on the future.
“About the future. I’m thinking about the future,” Ripley said. “The past is the past, at the end of the day. I can’t reverse that, I can’t get back the things that I lost, the things that she took from me. But the one thing that I can do is look to the future and look at that Women’s World Championship and know that it’s gonna be mine soon.”
