The National Wrestling Alliance has confirmed the date and venue for NWA Hard Times 5.
The National Wrestling Alliance officially announced that the show will be held at the Dothan Civic Center on March 22, 2025. This will mark NWA’s third event at the Dothan Civic Center in the last year.
In the announcement, NWA Chief Operating Officer Joe Galli commented on the news.
“Dothan has a rich history and appreciation for wrestling the way it’s meant to be,” Galli said. “The National Wrestling Alliance is excited to be writing a new chapter in Alabama wrestling history.”
“The fans in Dothan have been incredible,” Galli continued. “To show our appreciation, we’re bringing one of our most beloved Signature Live Events of the year to Dothan.”
Hard Times 4 was previously held at the Dothan Civic Center on March 2, 2024. The company has been holding the show as a signature event since 2019, though it was not held in 2023.
NWA’s first Signature Live Event in 2025 will be NWA SHOCKWAVE, which will be held in the Greater Dallas Area from The OC Theatre in Forney, Texas, on Jan. 11.
WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
Trevor Murdoch On Being A Champion In NWA
In a recent interview with NWA’s website, Trevor Murdoch commented on winning the NWA World Tag Team Championship with Mike Knox.
“It brings joy to my heart but also a resurgence in me,” said Murdoch. “For the longest time in my career, I was known as a tag team specialist with Lance Cade. With Lance, I was able to capture three WWE World tag team titles. At this point in my career, to do it again — and not just ‘do it again’ but to do it with a guy like Mike Knox — I don’t know how to express it, to be honest.”
