Report: Update On The Gunn Club’s AEW Status

The Gunn Club (Austin and Colten Gunn) haven’t been seen on AEW programming in quite some time.

Members of Bullet Club Gold, or the Bang Bang Gang if you prefer, The Gunn Club haven’t competed in AEW since the September 14 episode of AEW Collision. The duo alongside Juice Robinson scored a trios victory over The Cage of Agony.

Austin Gunn was reportedly injured in that match and a short time later his brother Colten disappeared from AEW programming.

In an update from Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), Austin Gunn is sidelined with an injury that’s kept him on the shelf for the last three months.

In regards to his brother Colten, it’s unknown what has led to his recent absence. Other companies have a habit of sitting a tag partner at home while the other teammate recovers from an injury. However, that hasn’t necessarily been the norm at AEW.

As of this week, Sapp can confirm that Colten is cleared to compete and could return to television at any time. It’s unknown when Austin will be cleared to return to action.
