WWE and A&E previously announced that WWE LFG (Legends & Future Greats)” would debut on A&E in early 2025. The competition series is set to feature in-ring matches. The Undertaker, Booker T, Mickie James, and Bubba Ray Dudley will serve as coaches.

On December 10, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reported that WWE planned to film for a new show on A&E. According to fans in attendance, Elijah Holyfield, the son of legendary boxer Evander Holyfield, made his WWE debut at the WWE LFG taping on Tuesday. The match was taped ahead of the December 10 episode of WWE NXT.

Anthony Luke also competed at the taping.

Elijah Holyfield played college football for the University of Georgia. He was not selected in the NFL Draft, but he spent time with the Carolina Panthers, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the Cincinnati Bengals. Holyfield was announced as one of WWE’s new signings in November.
