Kevin Owens explains why he has a problem with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.
Owens has been feuding with Rhodes for the past several weeks. Their rivalry will come to a head at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. There, he will challenge Rhodes for his title.
Speaking with MuscleManMalcolm, Kevin Owens was asked to name three things that he hated about Cody Rhodes. First, he highlighted how he didn’t like how Rhodes called himself the quarterback.
“He made his own tracksuit, like his own WWE tracksuit, with the American Nightmare logo. He had QB stitched on the breast here, like quarterback. He’s going around telling people that he was the quarterback of this era. Nobody’s calling him the quarterback except himself.
“That’s one thing. The other thing is, he talked about how I had a Lamborghini, which, I guess that offends him. He owns his own tour bus and has a chauffeur. He had a driver that drives him around. So that’s also a thing.”
Kevin Owens then highlighted how he didn’t like how Cody Rhodes was inspiring parents to bleach their kids’ hair blonde.
