CM Punk took some shots at Seth Rollins during an interview on the December 9 episode of WWE RAW.
Rollins interrupted Punk on the December 2 episode of WWE RAW, and they had a heated confrontation. They ultimately brawled until they were separated.
On the December 9 episode of WWE RAW, Jackie Redmond interviewed CM Punk. When asked about the favor that Paul Heyman owed him for teaming up with Roman Reigns, he said that it was a personal thing, and it was not the time to talk about it.
As for Rollins, CM Punk said that he would not shy away from a fight when someone came at him. He looked back on Rollins asking him to train him when he was starting out. Punk said that this entitled mindset was evident in Rollins years later. He also stated that he shielded Rollins from getting fired years ago.
CM Punk gave Rollins credit for his success while he was away. However, Punk said that the starter was back, so it was time for the “second-string guy” to sit back down on the bench.
