Big Boom AJ Returning To The Ring In A Few Weeks, Will Appear At AEW All In 2025

AEW is bringing the boom back again.

Big Boom AJ and Big Justice, aka the “Costco Guys,” appeared at Monday’s AEW All In Texas ticket on-sale party. During the event, the father and son duo fielded some questions from Tony Schiavone and gave an update on when fans will see them back in AEW.

AJ also gave an update on his health, as he’s currently recovering from a broken foot that he reportedly suffered at Full Gear last month.

“This cast will be off in about two weeks. I’ll be back in the ring about four weeks after that,” AJ told the Arlington crowd. “We will see everyone up at the Hammerstein Ballroom, we’re going to be heading up there after that. [We’ll be at] a few more shows along the way, and yes, absolutely, Texas, AJ [and] Big Justice, we will be here at All In and we’re coming to bring the BOOM!”

A fan also yelled “Where is the Rizzler?” at Big Boom AJ. He says Rizzler is back home in New Jersey but they’ll be seeing him again “real soon.”

“Big Boom!” AJ On Potential Title Run

At the AEW Full Gear post-show media scrum, AJ was asked if the match was a one-off or if he had plans to wrestle more.

“I love it here, I do, I love it here, I loved every minute of this,” AJ said. “If I’m welcome back, I’m gonna be back, and I’m gonna bring the boom.”

Tony Khan then said that AJ was welcome to come back. AJ was then asked about potentially challenging for the AEW World title. He noted he doesn’t see that happening, but does want to wrestle a few times a year.

“I don’t think a championship run is in my future. I think that would take a lot of dedication that I’m not sure I have right now, but to be here at AEW and wrestle multiple times throughout the year and see where that goes,” AJ said. “I think that’s kind of more of the direction I’m leaning, but I’m getting a sad from over here [from Tony Khan] so.”

Tony Khan stated that he loved working with AJ and wanted him to come back.

“No, I love it. I want you to keep going, I absolutely love working with you,” Khan said. “You are such a breath of positivity, you’re undefeated in AEW. Brought the boom.”
