Charlotte Flair Trains At Flatbacks Wrestling School As Her Recovery Continues

Charlotte Flair is on the road to recovery, and she recently posted a tease of her looming return.

Flair suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus on the December 8, 2023 episode of WWE SmackDown. She has been sidelined ever since. Flair continues to train, but there is no word on when she will return.

In a tweet, Charlotte Flair tweeted a picture in which she could be standing with several wrestlers, including Shawn Spears and Tyler Breeze, who run Flatbacks Wrestling School. Kiana James and others can also be seen in the picture.

WrestleZone will provide more information about Charlotte Flair’s return as it becomes available.

Charlotte Flair On Her Injury

Flair previously opened up about her injury while speaking on the Forever Young Podcast. She explained how it was a challenge that would ultimately benefit her.

“When it first happened, I thought my life was over [laughs],” Flair said. “I was like, oh my gosh, a perfect storm, my husband [Andrade] had just come back to the company, or was on his way back. I knew he was gonna be debuting soon, and I just, from the moment I was taken out, I just have kept telling myself that I’m gonna come back the best version of The Queen, and when I do come back…you never like to be sidelined due to an injury.

“But then again, I’m not sure if I would have ever sidelined myself had it not been for the injury, so it’s been a challenge, but a challenge I know that’s gonna make me better in the long run.”
