Tonga Loa has been sidelined with an injury.
On the December 6 episode of WWE SmackDown, the broadcast team announced that Tonga Loa would be out indefinitely, as he suffered a torn bicep at WWE Survivor Series, and he underwent surgery. The announcement highlighted the spot where Punk hit Loa with a toolbox, and he tried to protect himself.
Loa competed in the WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series. He was on the losing team, as the Original Bloodline and CM Punk beat Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline.
Loa was not the only WWE star who suffered an injury at WWE Survivor Series. WWE announced that Bronson Reed suffered a broken foot, and Jimmy Uso sustained a broken toe.
There is no word on how long Tonga Loa will be out of action. WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
