AEW Dynamite saw an increase in viewership on December 4.
According to Wrestlenomics, 586,000 viewers watched the show on Wednesday night, drawing a 0.17 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is up from last week’s episode when 536,000 viewers tuned in. The demo is also up from last week‘s episode, which drew a 0.15 rating in the same demographic.

This week’s show kicked off with Kyle Fletcher defeating Shelton Benjamin in a Blue League matchup for the Continental Classic.
Jay White defeated PAC of The Death Riders. Following the match, Hangman Page and a returning Orange Cassidy got involved to set the table for Jon Moxley at AEW Worlds End.
In women’s action, Anna Jay defeated Penelope Ford. Jay called out Mercedes Moné following the match, which set up a TBS Championship match on December 18.
The main event saw Claudio Castagnoli defeat Brody King in a Gold League matchup for the Continental Classic.
