Adam Cole will have the chance to earn his long-awaited match against MJF on the December 11 episode of AEW Dynamite.
On the December 4 episode, Cole and Kyle O’Reilly emerged victorious in the Dynamite Dozen Battle Royal. They last eliminated Brian Cage and Lance Archer to clinch the win. As a result, they will face each other at Dynamite: Winter is Coming. The winner of that match will face MJF for the Dynamite Diamond Ring at AEW Worlds End.
Cole has been targeting MJF since he returned at AEW WrestleDream. He failed to earn a chance to face MJF at AEW Full Gear. There, MJF instead faced Roderick Strong and took him out with a vicious attack.
