Ethan Page Says He’s Bringing The Entertainment & Experience To The Iron Survivor Challenge

Ethan Page looks ahead to NXT Deadline.

At WWE NXT Deadline, Ethan Page will battle four other competitors in the 2024 Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge in which the winner will receive a future shot at the NXT Championship. While speaking with Zack Heydorn of Sports Illustrated, Page explained what fans can specifically expect to see from him in the Iron Survivor Challenge.

“I’m able to look at scenarios and situations and come up with more solutions than any wrestler on the entire roster, honestly, maybe even in WWE,” Page said. “I’m willing to stoop to lows that other people aren’t willing to stoop to, whether they don’t want to embarrass themselves, or some dumb moral reason. I just look at every opportunity and every scenario with the eyes of like a winner. So, what am I going to bring to the table? Obviously, people will be entertained anytime a camera is pointed at me. That’s just bound to happen, win, lose or draw. So you’ll be entertained at the very least.”

Ethan Page Is Also Bringing The Experience

According to Page, not only is he bringing the entertainment to the Iron Survivor Challenge, but his 18 years of pro wrestling experience as well.

“I think I’m more prepared than anybody else in the match,” Page said. “You might even been able to combine two or three of the wrestlers experience, so I still am more prepared.”

As Page points out, he’s also been in matches much longer than the upcoming 25-minute Iron Survivor Challenge. Furthermore, he is no stranger to multi-man matches, so “it’s not really intimidating.”

“I’ve been in high pressure situations more times than any wrestler in NXT currently, maybe ever,” Page continued. “I think prepared is probably the best thing I am. Everything after that is, we’ll see what happens. I don’t think I could be any more prepared for this at all.”

Competing against Page at NXT Deadline will be Wes Lee, Nathan Frazer, Je’Von Evans, and Eddy Thorpe, though the latter’s status is now uncertain following an attack on this week’s NXT programming.
