This past Saturday Night was the WWE Survivor Series WarGames Premium Live Event. During the event, the current Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker successfully defended his championship in a Triple Threat match against Sheamus and Ludwig Kaiser. Following the match, he shared his thoughts on potentially feuding with the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther.
While speaking at the post-show Press Conference, Bron Breakker spoke about what his focus is going to be like. He shared that his current focus is on being the best Intercontinental Champion possible. At the same time, he is certain that he will face Gunther in the future but at the moment he wants to focus on the championship he is currently holding.
“I think the priority right now is my Intercontinental Championship and having the best possible run that I can have. You know… Just do a great job of night in and night out. That’s where my focus is right now. I’m sure I’ll get to Gunther at some point and the World Heavyweight Champion at some point down the line. But right now, we are just focusing on this [points at the WWE Intercontinental Championship].”
It is to be noted that Breakker is one of the three superstars who has defeated The Ring General in the past.
Bron Breakker reveals what his goals are as the WWE Intercontinental Champion
During the same press conference, the current Intercontinental Champion shared what his goals are as the Intercontinental Champion.
“I stand for three words. I’ve been doing it for a very long time. It’s been engraved into me. It’s what I believe is what I stand for. And it’s Effort, Attitude, and Toughness. It spells E.A.T. And that’s my motto. You always got to eat man. Every time that I step out there, I try to do, just give you guys every single thing I have. No matter what, no matter when. Whether it is Survivor Series, WrestleMania, or Monday Night Raw. It doesn’t matter. I’m going to do the best possible job that I can possibly do. And give you guys everything. That’s a testament to what I stand for man. Just how tough I am, how much effort that I am giving, how great of an attitude I have, those are all controllable things. So, it’s what I live by,” Bron Breakker said.
