The AEW Continental Classic will continue at AEW Dynamite: Winter is Coming.
Tony Khan announced that Will Ospreay would face Claudio Castagnoli in a Continental Classic Gold League Match at AEW Dynamite: Winter is Coming on December 11. Ospreay beat Juice Robinson in his first tournament match, while Castagnoli defeated Ricochet.
Additionally, Ricochet will face Brody King in another Gold League Match. King defeated Darby Allin in his first tournament match.

- AEW Continental Classic Gold League Match: Claudio Castagnoli vs. Will Ospreay
- AEW Continental Classic Gold League Match: Ricochet vs. Brody King
- AEW Women’s World Championship: Mariah May (c) vs. Mina Shirakawa
