Michin advanced to the next round of the WWE Women’s United States Championship Tournament on WWE SmackDown.
The tournament continued with a first-round match on the November 29 episode of WWE SmackDown. Lash Legend faced Michin and Piper Niven. Legend replaced Jade Cargill in the match, as Cargill was taken out due to injury after she was attacked backstage on the November 22 episode of WWE SmackDown. In the end, Legend hit Niven with a Lash Extension, but Michin dove onto her and pinned Niven for the win.
Bayley and Chelsea Green previously advanced to the next round of the tournament. The final first-round match will be on the December 6 episode of SmackDown. There, Tiffany Stratton will face Naomi and Elektra Lopez. The finals of the tournament will be held at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, and the winner will be the inaugural WWE Women’s United States Championship.
