The former WWE Tag Team Champion has not been shy in revealing how he is feeling in recent weeks. Montez Ford has aired his frustrations over the lack of recognition in recent weeks, wanting the Street Profits to be seen among the top tag teams in the WWE today.
This has sparked conversations about a potential split from Angelo Dawkins. Ford has long been touted as a future star, and a lack of success and recognition could be the reason for him to leave his long-time partner to make it on his own in the near future.
Montez Ford spoke with Adrian Hernandez, where he explained where his frustrations come from. He revealed that his frustrations come from a lack of success. The former tag team champion noted that the knows he is capable of being great but has yet to show it in the WWE.
He warned people to keep watching, saying that what he is doing will be “historic”. However, he did admit that he hasn’t given people enough to actually believe in him in recent times.
“Keep watching. This is very serious and historic right now.” Montez Ford said. “I’ve said it for a long time: I’ve expressed my frustrations. My frustrations come from not making the success I know I’m capable of. I’ve got so many people believing in me, but I feel like I haven’t given them enough to believe in. But it’s coming. Boom!” Montez Ford added.
