Kyle O’Reilly says MJF is more of an evil bastard than Adam Cole will ever be.
Cole came to the ring on the November 20 episode of AEW Dynamite and commented on not getting to face MJF at AEW Full Gear due to his loss to Konosuke Takeshita the previous week. He made it clear that he was rooting for Roderick Strong. Strong earned the chance to face MJF at the pay-per-view.
Kyle O’Reilly interrupted and reflected on how he and Cole have known each other for years. He told Cole that his obsession with MJF had to end before someone got hurt. O’Reilly noted that Cole had already injured his ankle. He said that Cole needed to stop having his friends fight his battles.
O’Reilly told Cole that he did not have a good feeling about any of this, as MJF had been pulling the strings. He said that he did not want to see his friends get hurt. He told Cole that he was a leader, an elite wrestler, and a good friend. O’Reilly ended his message by saying that MJF was more of an evil bastard than he would ever be, and that was a good thing.
