“Big Boom” AJ of the Costco Guys is coming to AEW Dynamite ahead of his match at AEW Full Gear, and he won’t be alone.
In a tweet, “Big Boom” AJ hyped up his upcoming appearance on the November 20 episode of AEW Dynamite. He said that he would be bringing the “Costco-verse” with him.
“AEW Dynamite, it’s time to bring the boom,” AJ said. “That’s right. ‘Big Boom’ AJ will be at AEW Dynamite this Wednesday night from Reading, Pennsylvania, and I’m bringing the Costco-verse with me. I’ve read all the comments about Tony Khan. ‘Tony Khan, you made a mistake bringing’Big Boom’ AJ to AEW.’ Tony Khan, I’m gonna prove to you [that] you made the right choice, and I’m gonna make AEW and all the fans of AEW proud. The only one here who made a mistake is QT Marshall. I’m gonna prove that to QT Marshall next Saturday night [at AEW Full Gear], when I power-boom QT Marshall right through the middle of the ring and bring the boom.
“Costco-verse, I’m gonna need you. The Costco-verse is gonna be right there behind me, this Wednesday night at AEW Dynamite, and then Saturday night, just before the Full Gear pay-per-view. So AEW, ‘Big Boom’ AJ, and the whole Costco-verse, that’s right, all of you, we’re coming to bring the boom.”
WrestleZone will have coverage of AEW Dynamite as it airs on November 20.
‘Big Boom’ AJ On His Future
AJ will face QT Marshall on the Zero Hour ahead of AEW Full Gear. He has expressed his interest in doing more beyond the pay-per-view. In an interview with Tim Battle on the Battleground Podcast, he said that the door was open for him to have more matches.
“I think there’s gonna be more [laughs],” Costco Guy AJ said. “Listen, things have to line up. Hey, listen, the audience has to want more. Let’s start with that. The audience has to want more. But what I do promise you is I’m bringing the boom so that the audience is gonna want more. That’s on me. So I will be bringing the boom, I will have this audience wanting more, and then we’ll start from there.
“If the audience wants more, I absolutely love the way AEW has handled everything to this point. It would be an honor to do more matches with AEW. We are very busy with the other stuff we’re doing with social media, so everything has to line up. But the door is definitely open.”
