More WWE ID prospects have been announced.
WWE announced the launch of WWE Independent Development (WWE ID) in late October. As part of the program, independent wrestlers will be designated as WWE ID prospects, which will see the program “support their developmental journey by providing financial opportunity and assisting with training, mentorship and development, including access to world-class facilities, best-in-class ring training, athletic trainers and more,” per the official announcement.
Brad Baylor was announced as a WWE ID prospect at the Wrestling Open event on November 14. Baylor often wrestles for Wrestling Open. He has also competed for PPW, Beyond Wrestling, NEW, and other promotions.
Aaron Rourke was also announced as a WWE ID prospect at the Wrestling Open event on November 14. Rourke is a regular with Wrestling Open and Beyond Wrestling. He has also wrestled for Limitless, CAP, and other promotions. He wrestled twice on AEW programming in 2023.
Additionally, at the Fire Star Pro Wrestling event on November 14, Jackson Drake was announced as a WWE ID prospect. Drake has wrestled for DPW, SHW, and NWA, among other companies, in recent months. He wrestled at the AEW Rampage taping on July 31. Drake also competed at two AEW Dark tapings.
Additionally, more prospects will be announced at the Chaotic Pro Wrestling event on November 15 and the Northern Crown Wrestling event on November 17.
