Private Party Pay Tribute To The Rizzler (Costco Guys) on AEW Dynamite

Private Party paid tribute to The Rizzler on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

The AEW Tag Team Champions made an appearance on the show to watch the main event. They sat in their own private booth on the stage. They are preparing to defend their titles at Full Gear in a four-way match, with The Outrunners already qualifying for the bout.

Private Party watched on as the House of Black battled FTR for a place in the match. Brody King put Dax Harwood to sleep with a sleeper hold, winning the match for him and Malakai Black. This puts the House of Black in the AEW Tag Team Championship match at Full Gear.

However, before the match, Isiah Kassidy paid tribute to The Rizzler. The Rizzler is friends with Big Justice from The Costco Guys, who will be in AJ’s corner when he faces QT Marshall at AEW Full Gear, and has featured in a number of their TikTok videos.

As Private Party made their entrance on Wednesday night, Isiah Kassidy looked straight into the camera and made a “Rizz Face“. This has become a trademark of the youngster. Kassidy copied on AEW Dynamite during his entrance. This was shown on a video posted to Twitter.

Private Party Reveals When They Were Told They Were Winning The AEW Tag Team Titles

Private Party were told the week after WrestleDream that they would become the tag team champions.

The AEW World Tag Team Champions were recent guests on Talk Is Jericho, where they revealed when they were told about their tag team title win over The Young Bucks.

“We got told this the week after (WrestleDream) we were going to win the belts. I don’t believe it because anything can change. We had the six-man and then I cut a promo against the Bucks saying if we lose, we split up. I said, ‘I’m not going to believe it until I cut that promo and see the graphic.’ I cut the promo and was like, ‘We can’t go back now,’ I see the graphic, ‘If Private Party loses, they split up.’ Okay, now I believe it.

“That’s when I call my mom and said, ‘Hey, take off of work. I’m going to fly you guys out.’ I told her a lie. ‘This is going to be our last match.’ I didn’t tell her we were going to win the championships because I wanted her to be surprised. ‘This is our last match. I want you to be there to witness it because you witnessed all of our career.’” [H/T: Fightful]
