Liv Morgan Calls Summerslam Victory Over Rhea Ripley Her ‘I’m Here’ Moment

Liv Morgan thinks her win over Rhea Ripley was a turning point for her.

The Women’s World Champion has been feuding with Rhea Ripley since the night after WrestleMania 40. As part of the “Liv Morgan Revenge Tour” she has targeted the former Judgement Day member as penance for injuring her in 2023.

Her biggest match with Rhea Ripley came at Summerslam 2024. Dominik Mysterio turned on his Mami, helping Liv Morgan beat the Australian and retain her championship.

Liv Morgan spoke with Cameron Hawkins for Uncrowned on Yahoo about the big victory at Summerslam, viewing the win over Rhea Rhea as one of the biggest moments of her career. Morgan, the Women’s World Champion, noted that anyone who didn’t know her before definitely knew her after that moment.

“I feel like I’ve done a ton of great things leading up until then, I’ve had awesome moments,” Morgan says, “but I feel like SummerSlam was really my ‘if you didn’t already know, I’m here’ [moment].”

Liv Morgan Calls Rhea Ripley A ‘Loser’ Who Is ‘Obsessed’

Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio spoke with Bootleg Kev, and spoke about Rhea Ripley. Kev asked Morgan about the WWE 2K games, and if she puts the game on “super easy” to beat a virtual Rhea Ripley.

She responded by saying “I don’t need to put her on super easy to do that”. The host then began to compliment Rhea Ripley, saying that he loved her. However, the Women’s World Champion quickly butted back in. Additionally, she began mocking him and asking if he wanted to confess his love to the former Champion.

She added that Rhea Ripley was a loser who was obsessed with Liv Morgan, noting that she’ll “probably watch this and cry”.

“Do you want to, like, leave her a message? Do you want to go confess your love to her? This is your opportunity, ’cause you know she’s watching — she’s obsessed with me and Dominic. So shoot your shot.”

“Hi Rhea. Loser. She’ll probably watch this and cry.”
