The Rock got physical with Jimmy Fallon during his interview last night.
The WWE legend was a guest on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to promote his movie Red One. The film puts The Rock and Chris Evans together in an attempt to rescue Santa Claus and save Christmas after he was kidnapped from the North Pole.
After showing a clip from the film, Jimmy Fallon was inspired to give The Rock a Christmas gift. Inspired by the season of giving, he handed the former WWE Champion a pillow with his own blown-up face on it.
Because he was so touched The Rock responded with a gift of his own. Somehow and completely not set up at all, The Rock got Fallon a pillow of his own with his own face adorning the cover. The host seemed happy with the present, but The Rock was not done.
He invited him in even closer, revealing he had a second gift for Jimmy Fallon. The Rock then rocked him in the face with the pillow as the pair began a very manly pillow fight. Feathers flew everywhere as the audience gasped then laughed at the festive hilarity that had ensued, completely organically.
At the beginning of the interview, Jimmy Fallon revealed that the audience was comprised of military veterans and their families. The Rock thanked them for their service and spoke about his family’s experience in the military.
After giving Jimmy Fallon his gift, he awarded all the military veterans in the audience tickets to see Red One in IMAX for free. The crowd erupted in applause as the show went off the air.
