Zayda Steel, Bryce Donovan & Cappuccino Jones Announced As WWE ID Prospects

Zayda Steel, Bryce Donovan & Cappuccino Jones are the first three wrestlers announced to as part of the WWE ID program.

Last month, WWE launched its new ID program. This is a new developmental program that will aid independent wrestling schools and talent in finding potential WWE Superstars. The program will support indie prospects and ID-designated schools with “world-class training, development and mentorship.”

It was announced that they’d reveal the first signings on Sunday, but WWE jumped the gun by announcing Zayda Steel, Bryce Donovan and Cappuccino Jones as the first wrestlers signed on.

Zayda Steel last worked for CZW in November 2023. Since then, she’s drawn attention for her work in MLW and Marigold, the new promotion from STARDOM co-founder Rossy Ogawa.

Meanwhile, Bryce Donovan was the second name revealed, and the first male. He has been wrestling since 2016 and has even wrestled on AEW Dark, as well as for promotions like Create-A-Pro, Beyond Wrestling and Limitless.

The third and final name announced in his current batch was the seemingly Orange Cassidy and Taz inspired “Cold Brew” Cappuccino Jones. The This Is Wrestling star from Coffeyville, KS is the Core Professional Wrestling (CPW) 918 Champion. This is despite only debuting in 2022.

Zayda Steel, Bryce Donovan and Cappucino Jones are the first three WWE ID recruits. WWE Tweeted out that more announcements will be made next week.
