Former WWE Champion Bobby Lashley is All Elite.
In a tweet on November 6, Tony Khan confirmed that Lashley signed with All Elite Wrestling. This comes after Lashley made his debut at AEW Fright Night Dynamite. There, he reunited with MVP and Shelton Benjamin.
Lashley and MVP left WWE in August after their contract expired. MVP made his AEW debut at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam in September. He was joined by Shelton Benjamin on the October 2 episode of AEW Dynamite. Lashley had reportedly been signed alongside them, but it had not publicly been made official.
The reunion of Bobby Lashley, MVP, and Shelton Benjamin will see The Hurt Syndicate pick up where the Hurt Business in WWE left off after their successful run.
Lashley previously was with WWE from 2005-2008. He had a brief stint in TNA before he later returned to the company in 2014. He then had a longer run, as he stayed until 2018. Lashley returned to WWE in 2018. He also has a background in MMA, as he has competed for Strikeforce, Bellator MMA, and other promotions.
Lashley is a two-time WWE Champion and a four-time TNA World Heavyweight Champion, among other accolades.
WrestleZone will have coverage of AEW Dynamite as it airs on Wednesday.
