Multiple matches have officially been announced for NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19.
New Japan Pro-Wrestling announced that Zack Sabre Jr. will defend the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Shota Umino. Umino challenged Sabre Jr. to face him after the champion defeated Shingo Takagi at NJPW Power Struggle. Earlier in the show, Umino defeated former world champion SANADA.
NJPW also confirmed that Yota Tsuji will challenge David Finlay for the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship. Additionally, DOUKI will defend the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship against El Desperado.
Plus, Jeff Cobb and Ryohei Oiwa will challenge Ren Narita for the NJPW World TV Championship in a three-way match, Finally, Kevin Knight and KUSHIDA will put the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships on the line against Robbie Eagles and Kosei Fujita and Bullet Club War Dogs (Clark Connors & Drilla Moloney).
WrestleZone will have coverage of NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19 once it airs on January 4.
