WWE NXT is going extreme, and they are leaning into the past.
The November 6 episode of NXT will be held at the 2300 Arena, formerly known as the ECW Arena. Ahead of the show, WWE shared the cold open for the episode, which uses the old ECW theme song and draws stylistic inspiration from ECW as well.
Multiple ECW legends have been confirmed for ECW’s 2300 Arena show. Bubba Ray Dudley is set to team up with Trick Williams to face Ethan Page and Ridge Holland. Plus, Dawn Marie will be the special referee for the match between Lola Vice and Jaida Parker. Francine is set to appear as well.
WrestleZone will have coverage of NXT as it airs on November 6.
