On November 4, New Japan Pro-Wrestling held their NJPW Power Struggle event at EDION Arena Osaka in Osaka, Japan. In the main event, Zack Sabre Jr. defended IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Shingo Takagi.

- After the match, HOUSE OF TORTURE attacked Tanahashi, but Jado made the save until he got laid out. Boltin then made the save for him.
- Ryohei Oiwa confronts Ren Narita and made it clear that he wanted a shot at the NJPW World TV Title. Jeff Cobb came out as well.
- Shota Umino def. SANADA
- IWGP Tag Team Championships: United Empire (HENARE & Great-O-Khan) def. TMDK (Mikey Nicholls & Shane Haste) (c) to win the titles.
- Kenny Omega came out and addressed the crowd. He said that he would love to wrestle at NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty
- Ichiban Sweet Boys (Kosei Fuijuta & Kosei Fujita) def. Catch 2/2 (Francesco Akira & TJP)
- IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions KUSHIDA and Kevin Knight said they would both teams at Wrestle Kingdom 19. Bullet Club War Dogs (Clark Connors & Drilla Moloney) attacked everyone.
- IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship: DOUKI (c) def. Master Wato to retain.
- After the match, El Desperado confronted DOUKI to set up a match for NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19.
- IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship: David Finlay (c) def. Taichi after SANADA turned on Taichi during the match.
- After the match, David Finlay agreed to an IWGP Global Heavyweight Title match against Yota Tsuji at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19.
- IWGP World Heavyweight Championship: Zack Sabre Jr (c) def. Shingo Takagi to retain.
- After the match, Sabre Jr. said that he would give Shota Umino a title shot in the future. Ricochet attacked Sabre Jr. and challenged him to a match at NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasyy. Umino made the save, and when Sabre Jr. shoved him, Umino laid him out.
