WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce got hit with an RKO out of nowhere at WWE Crown Jewel, and he briefly shared his thoughts.
The scheduled match between Randy Orton and Kevin Owens at WWE Crown Jewel never began. Owens attacked Orton during his entrance, and they started brawling. The fight escalated, and Owens hit the referee with a Stunner. The chaos continued, and Orton dropped Adam Pearce with an RKO when he tried to get involved. Owens went on to dive off a barricade and put Orton through a table.
In a tweet, Adam Pearce commented on a clip of the RKO and briefly shared his thoughts. In doing so, he claimed that SDGM (SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis) was nowhere to be found, though Aldis was also trying to help separate Owens and Orton.
“RKO out of nowhere,” Pearce wrote. “SDGM nowhere to be found.”
Orton was helped to the back after the brawl, while Owens said that he thought he broke his ribs.
WrestleZone will monitor the situation and provide more information as it becomes available.
