Kevin Owens might have gotten banged up at WWE Crown Jewel.
The match between Kevin Owens and Randy Orton at WWE Crown Jewel never started, as Owens attacked Orton during his entrance. The bout broke down into a chaotic fight, and Owens hit the referee with a Stunner. Orton hit RAW General Manager Adam Pearce with an RKO, and Owens dove off a barricade and put Orton through a table.
During the WWE Crown Jewel Post-Show, Kevin Owens was interviewed about his match, and he was asked whether he got what he wanted. He noted that he thought he broke his ribs.
“No, I never wanted any of this,” Owens said. “I never wanted this match. But yeah, the match didn’t really happen, did it? But that’s okay. Did you see Randy walk out? No because he didn’t walk out. He was wheeled out. You know what we did? We walked out. That accident we were in, I’m sure Randy Orton feels even worse than we did after, feels worse than I do now. I think I broke my ribs. But I walked out. Yeah, I got what I wanted.”
WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
