Rob Van Dam Appears On 10/29 WWE NXT, Set To Appear At 2300 Arena Show

WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam wants to be part of NXT‘s 2300 Arena show on November 6.

Rob Van Dam appeared in a backstage segment on the October 29 episode of WWE NXT. Speaking with NXT General Manager Ava, he commented on fellow ECW legend Bully Ray turning down Trick Williams’ challenge to team up with him at the 2300 Arena show. He noted that while Ray might not want to be part of it, he knew someone who did. Rob Van Dam then did his “RVD” taunt to make it clear that he wanted to be there.

Update: Rob Van Dam appeared again at the end of the show. Je’Von Evans and Wes Lee were brawling backstage, and officials separated them. Ava was with them, and RVD said that he had an idea, and he knew what he wanted to do next week. He said that he would see them next week.

In recent years, Rob Van Dam has appeared on WWE programming, as he has announced picks at the WWE Draft, and he appeared in the crowd on the September 13 episode of WWE SmackDown. He wrestled for AEW multiple times between August 2023 and April 2024.

Multiple ECW legends have already been announced for NXT’s 2300 Arena show. Dawn Marie and Francine have been confirmed to be at the former ECW Arena.
