Tatum Paxley Wins First Women’s Casket Match In WWE History On 10/29 WWE NXT

Tatum Paxley made history, as she won the first-ever women’s casket match in WWE history on the October 29 episode of WWE NXT.

Wendy Choo attacked Tatum Paxley and seemingly kidnapped her on the October 22 episode of WWE NXT. Paxley emerged from the box Choo stuffed her in at NXT Halloween Havoc and challenged her to a match. She spun the wheel, and it landed on the stipulation of a casket match.

The two foes then clashed in the first-ever Women’s Casket Match on the October 29 episode of WWE NXT. Paxley gained an advantage early on, as she put a trash can over Choo’s head and hit her with a broom. She maintained the advantage and slammed Choo to the mat. Choo then sent Paxley into a trash can that was set up in the corner. She hung Paxley upside down in the trash can and dropkicked her. Choo then sent Paxley crashing into a dollhouse.

Paxley avoided having the casket closed on her by using Choo’s pillow to keep it open. Choo hit her with the pillow. She dumped out some Legos and slammed Paxley onto them. Paxley again fought her way out of the casket. Choo hit a diving elbow drop into the casket. The lid closed, but two competitors kept battling.

Paxley sprayed Choo with a fire extinguisher, and she went tumbling through a bed at ringside. Paxley dumped her in the casket and closed the lid to win the match.
