William Regal explains why he volunteered to be Lexis King‘s cornerman.
As announced at NXT Halloween Havoc, William Regal will be Lexis Kings’s cornerman for his match on the October 29 episode of WWE NXT. There, he will challenge Charlie Dempsey, Regal’s son, for the NXT Heritage Cup.
William Regal commented on his decision to be in Lexis King’s corner in a WWE RAW Exclusive.
“So, obviously I watch NXT and I saw that Lexis King needed a cornerman,’ William Regal said. “I’ve seen him, and…I don’t look at social media but somebody told me he was asking for people, and I’ve had a lot of experience in rounds matches. I grew up for the first 10 years of my life in this industry doing nothing but rounds matches, and I also knew Lexis’ father very, very well. So, I’m always here to help.”
