Bandido’s return back to the ring may be coming soon.
Former ROH World Champion Bandido has not wrestled since June 2023. His last match was at the AEW Rampage taping on June 14, 2023, where he lost to Konosuke Takeshita. Bandido suffered a broken wrist in the match, and he has had two surgeries due to the injury. He has dealt with some setbacks on his road to recovery. In August, Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that he was still not cleared, but he should be soon.
Ibou of WrestlePurists Worldwide reported that Bandido was backstage at AEW Dynamite on October 23, and he was telling people that he is “ready to go.”
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful shared the report and noted that he had heard so as well.
