Ricochet issued an open challenge, while MVP teased that he wanted to talk business with him on AEW Dynamite.
On the October 23 episode of AEW Dynamite, Ricochet was interviewed backstage. He commented on attacking Konosuke Takeshita at Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling Forged in Excellence on October 20. Ricochet made it clear that he was coming for Takeshita’s AEW International Championship. He then issued an open challenge for the October 25 episode of AEW Rampage.
MVP and Shelton Benjamin interrupted. MVP admitted that they had a tumultuous history, but they were in a new company, so it was a new chapter. He handed Ricochet his business card and said they should start off fresh. He also complimented Ricochet on his suit.
MVP has been handing out Hurt Syndicate business cards to multiple members of the roster in recent weeks. He has also been targeting Swerve Strickland since he debuted at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam.
