Bron Breakker aims to win the WWE Speed Championship, and he has advanced in the Number One Contender’s Tournament.
The October 23rd episode of WWE Speed featured another first-round match in the tournament. On Wednesday’s show, Bron Breakker faced Cruz Del Toro, The LWO member put up a valiant effort, but a Thunderous spear put him down for the count.
Breakker will meet Sheamus in the quarterfinals. The winner of that match will face the other semifinalist, which has yet to be determined. In first-round action, NXT’s Tavion Heights will take on Dragon Lee, and Riley Osborne will battle Akira Tozawa. The winner of the tournament will challenge Andrade for the WWE Speed Championship.
