One of the top stars in the world of professional wrestling is the All Mighty Bobby Lashley. The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion recently shared his thoughts on a few of his former faction members Shelton Benjamin and Lio Rush.
While speaking at a Virtual Signing for K & S WrestleFest, Bobby Lashley opened up about what his future looks like. The All Mighty mentioned that he has a lot more left in his tank. He also shared that he had a small injury and thus he took some time off to recover.
“I know the last few years have been a little up and down. But I got a lot more left in the tank and I can’t wait to jump back out there. I had a little boo-boo, so I took a little time off to fix myself and I’m feeling good right now. I’ve been working out hard and I think the next few weeks, you should see something — something pop off. It’s time to put pen to paper and start getting back to these fans.” [H/T POST Wrestling]
He also shared his thoughts on Shelton Benjamin’s AEW in-ring debut against Lio Rush. Lashley mentioned that he was not happy with Benjamin wrestling one of his friends Lio Rush.
“Lio Rush is my dude. I’ll fight for Lio. I saw Shelton fight Lio last week and I wasn’t too happy about that. I wasn’t too happy about that. I like Lio. Lio’s a freaking star,” Bobby Lashley said.
