Donald Trump: The Undertaker’s Entrance Is The Greatest I’ve Ever Seen

Donald Trump was very impressed by The Undertaker at WrestleMania 23.

Both men competed at the event in Detroit in 2007. The Undertaker won the World Heavyweight Championship from Batista that night, in one of the best matches on the show.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump grappled with Vince McMahon at ringside during the “Battle of the Billionaires” match between Umaga and Bobby Lashley.

Donald Trump recently appeared on the Six Feet Under podcast, where he spoke with The Undertaker about WrestleMania 23. The former US President complimented The Undertaker, saying he had the “greatest entrance into any arena I’ve ever seen”.

“The big thing we had was the Battle of the Billionaires, and that was with Vince and me. You know, each had our wrestler. He had, um… Umaga, and we had two good guys. They wrestled, and fortunately, my guy won. The loser had to have their hair shaved. I said, ‘I don’t want to have my hair shaved,’ but we actually wrestled a little bit. Mixed it up a little bit.

“It was a pretty famous thing, and I think it has the all-time record for pay-per-view. You went down just before me, and the entrance into the ring was the greatest entrance into any arena that I’ve seen. I don’t think it’s going to be topped. The whole thing—the music, the whole deal.

Donald Trump: The Undertaker Is One Of The Greats

Donald Trump continued, calling The Undertaker and his entrance “one of the greats”. He also complimented his height and how quick he was, before revealing how he wanted to go on before The Undertaker at WrestleMania 23.

“And by the way, he’s a dynamic guy when he does this. He’s very slow and easy, and you know, you’re supposed to act. Well, you’re supposed to be a dead man, so you’re acting sort of dead. And that’s one of the greats. That’s why I’m surprised, because you’re a quick guy. You move quick. But in the ring, he just sort of moved around. You left just before us, and the place was going crazy. I said, ‘That’s a very tough act to follow. I’m not sure.’ And I didn’t realize how big you were. I figured you were big, but not that big.”

“So I’m standing with Vince, and they had other wrestlers in the room. It’s like, essentially, the Green Room up high, right? And you walked by me and said, ‘Hello, sir,’ and I said, ‘This guy is really big.’ But I said, ‘How do we beat this, Vince? What are you doing? Why don’t we go before them? We should go before them.'”
