On October 20, Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling held the second night of their Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling Forged in Excellence event, which was held at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
Among other matches, Athena defended the ROH Women’s World Championship against Gisele Shaw. In the main event, Konosuke Takeshita defended the AEW International Championship against Josh Alexander.

- “Psycho” Mike Rollins def.Stu Grayson, Alex Zayne, Trevor Lee, Jake Something, and Sheldon Jean
- “Speedball” Mike Bailey def. El Phantasmo
- Bhupinder Gujjar & Raj Dhesi def. QT Marshall (w/ Harley Cameron) & Bully Ray after Darren McCarty, who was in the crowd, attacked Ray. Gujjar pinned Marshall for the win.
- ROH Women’s World Championship: Athena (c) def. Gisele Shaw to retain the title.
- AEW International Championship: Konosuke Takeshita (c) def. Josh Alexander to retain the title.
- Takeshita and Don Callus attacked Takeshita after the match, but Ricochet made the save. Ricochet shook hands with Alexander.
- – Post-Match: Don Callis bragged about Takeshita’s win. He said nobody would be able to stop him. They continued to attack Josh Alexander, and Ricochet came down to save the day. Ricochet and Josh Alexander shook hands as the show came to a close.
