Brody King looks forward to possibly sharing the ring with Bobby Lashley someday.
Since Lashley left WWE, the former WWE Champion has been linked to AEW. The buzz has only heated up since MVP and Shelton Benjamin made their AEW debuts. Lashley did not debut at AEW WrestleDream, but his arrival is seemingly imminent.
Speaking with Bill Apter for Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, Brody King was asked about Bobby Lashley.
“I’ve never met him, I’ve never had any contact with him, but I’m looking forward to maybe one day standing across the ring from him,” Brody King said. “I’m never scared of a big challenge.”

Jeff Jarrett Praises Bobby Lashley
WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett believes that Lashley could be a great addition to AEW’s roster. He shared his thoughts on a recording of his My World podcast. (H/t Robert DeFelice of Fightful for the transcription)
“Now, again, I’m on the outside looking in on so many things as it relates to creative and talent and all that. That would be fantastic,” Jeff Jarrett said. “Bobby, in his career, has come a long way, and it goes without saying I was a huge fan of his going way back to the TNA days. We’ll call it the IMPACT/Anthem days, and certainly today. But, man, he would be a fantastic addition, I’ll say that. Super athletic, looks great, carries himself like a champion, and from bell to bell, he can get it done.”
WrestleZone will have coverage of AEW Dynamite as it airs on October 16.
