WWE RAW Viewership Rises On 10/7, Demo Dips

The viewership numbers for the October 7 episode of WWE RAW, which marked the return to a two-hour format, are in.

Per Wrestlenomics, WWE RAW averaged 1.545 million viewers on October 7, which is up from last week (1.516 million viewers).

RAW scored a 0.47 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, which is down from last week (0.48 rating).

Monday’s episode of WWE RAW ranked third on cable in the 18 to 49 demographic. The show was up against Monday Night Football (15.8 million viewers total) and the MLB playoff game between the Yankees and the Royals ( 3.48 million viewers total).

RAW will remain two hours for the rest of 2024 before it moves to Netflix in January.

The October 7 episode of WWE RAW featured a World Heavyweight Championship match between Gunther and Sami Zayn. CM Punk kicked off the show and discussed his win over Drew McIntyre at WWE Bad Blood. Seth Rollins also spoke for the first time following his return the previous week. Additionally, Jey Uso defended the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Xavier Woods, and Sheamus battled Pete Dunne in a Good Ol’ Fashioned Donnybrook Match.
